The teachers don't actually teach, it's more like babysitting, so the student feels as though they're old enough to watch themselves, and that's when they turn to the streets, receiving education from the guys on the corners. I graduated High School, and I want to go to college, but I must admit, inner city schools are shitty, so there's no wonder these kids don't attend classes. After elementary school, nothing new.
