Danica - I agree with you regarding the squat test an in clinical practice you are right. For demonstrating in the video I was trying to keep all the tests for specific areas in the same place. I wish I had done Lachman's and I would recommend it in practice however 1/2 of my students don't have the strength to perform it - I'm not sure I have :)
This is a good video. I think it would make more sense to get the patient to squat at the beginning after inspection of them standing up - saves them having to get out of bed again.
Also, would have been good to see Lachman's test included - has better sensitivity for ACL rupture.
Otherwise a very nice, and smooth, knee examination
