@TMetalFromHell at that angle its really hard to shoot there. most goalkeepers have that area protected but its some reverse psychology that happened here. You'd definitely expect Van Persie to pass at that occasion. i thought he would.
@TMetalFromHell yeah but there are some goals that just can't be protected.VP hit that shot with a lot of power from point blank. If Victor Valdes was close to the post Van Persie would have been able to cross it to Bendter with ease. Victor Valdes did the right thing in terms of positioning.Only thing you could blame is that his reflex wasn't fast enough but realistically speaking that shot would have been hard for anybody. That shot was perfect from that angle.

Nice job from Robin for not being offside, for finding the hole and for scoring, but (being a keeper) I say Valdes could have been better positioned.
Anyway, a 2-1 is not a bad result, so see ya in the Nou Camp and may the best (I hope Barça :P) win!
