All mods are illegal, and to actually mod for console means you need to access and manipulate the files in the console, which takes years of experience, and you have to be a modder and self-teach yourself how to console script, because Bethesda are the only ones that know how

2.At "TesNexus.com" you'll find a crap load of well scripted mods made by people who aren't even 18 yet.

I think the music really did fit the mood quite well, especially when he engaged him in dialogue and uttered his last few words. I wish there was music like this in Oblivion. he will ask you to go and do a quest to 'prove his birth right' and his father is a vampire and he wont attack you because of this i think he goes in to a bad case of depression. hope that helped :) if you need any tips or help i will be glad to help you!
