If you really wanna do that like Bboy Junior, do 2h intense yoga everyday. Over year, you will have strenght in your body, flexibility and great control of your body, for harder exercises. Especially poses like vrscikasana and majurasana - but don't do them, if your body is not ready! Better ask your instructor.
