I used to train with phill and master sken back in the day, Not only is he an amazing fighter he is also very humble after the fights. There where alot of great that have really shaped muay thai into what it is today and set the bar so high that many modern day fighter never come close to reaching it. Sandee holt also a great fighter and instructor(KRU) .Asley gishard amazing to watch against evan denton look it up its better than nigal ben and chris ubanks boxing fights.

I started about a year from now and its been great!, Its been busy (but not to busy) on saturday adult classes we get around 20+ Mondays is the same and sparring classes on friday can vary depending on whether people have got there job shifts on. ste is still a high skilled fighter (terrifying is one word for it) and we have many more fighters going pro.
