Excellent video! Brings back a lot of memories, not least the frustration of being forced to get off and walk up almost every hill because of the bottleneck of people in front doing the same. Bang went the 4 hour target time! I had the 7:30 start so there were a lot of people ahead of me! I have the 6:00 start this year so hopefully it won't be quite so congested, so maybe I'll crack it this year. A great day and many fantastic people met along the way.

Really good to see this ! - did it twice, in 2006 & 2007, blessed with glorious weather both times ! Brings back all the memories (& the ache`s & pains !)

Well by far the best video I have seen of the London to Brighton and that is all time not just 2009.

pity you missed filming off the hill into Brighton i had a camera bolted to my bike but only a 7 mp digital camera lots of shake rushing off Ditchling Beacon still need to upload it.

Thanks Paul - Sadly battery on my Sony HD camera went flat about 10 miles ahead of Ditchling - hence my switch to my Sony still camera - which also records movies. I', p'd that I miss-hit record as I approached the finish line - so only got 0.25 of a second!
