I think it's a type of Serbian flute known by a few names, including frula, duduk (Armenia), dentsvika (Ukraine), dudka (Russia), duduk (Serbian Vlach), floghera (Greece), fluier (Romania), furulya (Hungary), fujarka (Poland) and jedinca (Croatia)
