@FunkFlexDance That used to happen to me all the freakin time. The only way to fix that is to roll higher up on your back, which is done by KEEPING UR NECK IN A NEUTRAL POSITION. Caps cuz its super important lol. Keep your neck straight and looking up at the ceiling. In this video I was a bad example and looked up so it looked like i was driving my head into the ground. Also, pump ur shoulder around faster, and keep ur legs wide. Hope it helps!

the only reason its good cuz its on carpet do it on carborad or smooth floor and tell me wut hurts okay cuz i can tell u you need to be a little higher on ur back at this but im pretty sure u inproved so yeah great job btw

@TUBIMOTO You need to drive your torso more. Also, roll onto the upper part of your back so your hips are off the ground, and keep your neck straight. Good luck bro!
