Dumplings are nice even just with soya sauce/chilli sauce like he had that Vietnam rooster brand is good but I'm still not sure on Asian sauces and the health of it, sugar, salt and other unknown ingredients. Soya sauce salt and sugar free might be available, the Japanese make great soya sauce.

@bittersweetzzful well basically you make a round piece of dough then roll it so that it is similar to a snake. you cut the snake shape into little pieces and roll those into round balls. then take a wooden roller and roll the little piece of dough flat and into a circle.

Yes. I used the same Pot Sticker's filling to make Dumpling. Remember. Pot Sticker and Dumpling are the same. it just the different method of cooking given different name.
