Reduce talk time but make sure you show empathy and make a sale. I always get the little old ladies that tell me their kids never see them and that their grandchildren stole their debit card. I have to find a healthy balance between an empathetic human and a robot that pushes crappy products.

THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH! Thank you for making this. I worked in the Birmingham call center for 1 year 10 months and finally could not take it any more. I hate, absolutely hate it. Even worse now that "Sells Fargo" has taken over. Great job on this.
