@CMetallica1986 The reason behind that was because the voice actors for the X-Men cartoon were in Canada, whilst all the others were in...Los Angeles, I think. The only exception to that was Storm's voice actress, who lived right in the area. Thus, they only used Storm to cut down on costs. Bringing all the others from Canada would've been a bit too pricey.
