  • the warbbonet in the backround should have led although the SD60M Relly should led since it is a emd

  • @UP5140SD70M does it matter if its an EMD or a GE (I like GEs beter than EMDs).

  • That was one of the C40's SF used on the cali coast lines. That salty air and sand will eat the paint right off.

  • Unbelieveable how BNSF treat their predesecor locomotives. at least it was a warbonnet...

  • The good news is this unit has since been painted into H3 colors.

And she retained her Leslie horn.

  • you mean, the BAD news is that they painted her in H3...

  • I don't really see that as a negative, because at the stage she was at, stage, I think giving her new colors was a good thing.

She now looks 100 times better, IMO, and like I said, she kept her Leslie horn.

  • I agree with you. I never really like the Warb's anyway. Plus you couldnt even read his number board.

  • I do like the warbonnets, but that one was ready to become a BNSF unit.

  • warbonnets rock dumbo, BN's tigerstripe was ugly.

  • no Santa Fe and their silver and red sucks. This Dash 8 looks like shit

  • kiss my ass motherfucker. yeah. but before then when they were on santa fe railway they looked good so fuck of.

  • youd like that wouldnt you faggot

  • damn that loco looked like shit.

  • lol. i have a model of this and it looks nice. but your right. looks horrible. good video though.

  • wow thats real cool i think i saw maybe yours on ebay? because i saw on ebay that loco weathered like that and it looked so cool!!!

  • lol...im never selling mine!!!! i love it too much.

  • ahah i dont blame ya dude!!! im never selling my sd70m with flared radiators :p

  • yup. theres some great trains out there.

  • i thought that because of the cab.

  • Understandable. :)

  • sorry but the 2nd unit is an sd60i

  • No, it's an SD60M. BN never had any SD60I's. Only Conrail ordered SD60I's and all of those units went to CSX and NS.

  • @atsf484number3751 thats clearly a SD60M

  • Too bad, that nice SD60M wasn't in the lead.

  • Yeah, I know! I love seeing the BN SD60M's.

  • it looks like it went through a couple wars XD. awesome catch jess!

  • thats sad they should repair it and put a new coat of santa Fe paint on it

  • sweet but never new that in was sfbn!!!

  • there are a few of them that look as bad as this but plenty still look great!

  • To think it still moves the way it looks lol. Nice one.

  • Haha, I know, right? Thanks!

  • wow thats sad

  • Yes, very! :(

  • dang how old are the uits they look old

  • I looked it up and it says it was built in 1992. I dunno, I think that's in pretty sad shape for only being 16 years old.

  • the moving santa Fe makes me want to cry but the paused warbonnet from the old santa fe that was connceted to the NS unit looked Awsome!!!!

  • Yeah, 838 is in bad shape... 639 (the one by the NS units) was better, but it has some issues too. Poor warbonnets!

  • like what they removed its leslie! SF next to NS!
