  • Good info. Although I always figured the "wiggle room" was common sense when looking for any shoes.

  • good info,thanks...

  • I thought this was gonna be some garbage with an agenda to sell N.B. shoes but glad I watched. Very good info. It kinda makes me think of a "Tai Chi running" if such a thing were to exist. Thanx.

  • wow! I have been doing aerobics, and my heal is in a lot of pain right now. I am going to take your advice on the shoe, but is there anything you would recommend for someone with no arch because I have flat feet.

  • Amazing video! Thanks so much for sharing the information.

  • I would like to commend you, on a very informative video, on proper shoe fit.

Thank you, for taking the time to explain to people who do a lot of running and also, those who do not. I think your information, works well for everybody. We all wear shoes.

  • Thank you for posting this video. I've been wearing some cheap shoes for a few months and my feet hurt after about 6 miles of jogging. I need to buy some better shoes. I'd like to run a marathon one day: not for speed, but for the challenge of endurance. I'm totally out of shape right now. So perhaps I'll be ready in a couple of years.

  • This is great stuff, Stu! Thank you so much for sharing. Your explanation about stopping the energy flow when you have the wrong shoe is an amazingly clear illustration!

You're awesome! Keep up the great work! :)

  • Great advice alright ★★★★★

    Thanks for these ★'s chihuo1 !

    Lol.

  • Really good sound sensible advice, thank you for giving your time to help others

Shoes are terribly important, you can gain improvements in balance in motion, protect from fallen arches and also help alleviate back pain from properly fitting shoes. Also down at heal or worn shoes can lead to tiredness and other muscle problems...

    Thank you...

  • Very interesting!

    Thanks for posting my friend.

  • I have some dress shoes that are uncomfortable and some that are some that are bigger and they feel better.

  • Stu - enjoyed your video advice about shoe length fitting, but you neglected WIDTH. As a longtime New Balance customer I've gone up a half size or two over the years but most importantly, I've moved from D to Double E to Quad E for great fit and comfort without going the just short of clown shoe length route. I think many folks who are getting bigger sizes for longer lengths really need just a little more width for a healthy fit.
