  • you never want you hips to go past the knee joints, this will cause a blow out in the knee. bad teacher, who has a bad squat form, legs are too far apart too... don't watch this,, look up nose to wall squat, and watch the asian do it.

  • @Celwynar Where the hell did you hear that going below parallel is bad for your knees?? This guy squats better than most people anyway. And even that asians hip go below his knee joint.
