@mordinvan I'm sure the cop will tell the investigators he was doing his job and didn't mean to hurt him. However, the young man should file a civil suit against the police for his injuries. I still can't believe that the police used that type of force on Americans who are protesting peacefully! I hope this young man gets better and receives at least a formal apology from the OPD and a very large settlement!

I can't believe that with all of this going on, the Republican are looking to rob Medicare, Medicaid & Social Security benefits that we pay for, in return for continue to give tax breaks to oil cronies making more money than God. We need to have non stop vigils for the innocent babies that are being killed by these soldiers in these illegal and unjust simultaneous wars. He choose to go over there. Scott Olsen was at the forefront of the Oakland protesting movement where he suffered a serious injury by the Oakland police. This man deserves the highest respect and honor. Would be a great moment from Scott Olsen to heal from his injury then get back to protesting again united with the men and women who carried him to safety. It would be a tear moment.
