dude when u went to that women house she told u to take out shoes and come inside and when u invited her.... she came to ur home... with her shoes in and she was on ur sofa with shoes on lol..... anyways i really learn a lot from ur channel thank u for sharing and helping..... i am gonna start my project from aug... hope it turn out well
Well there are definitelly many good ideas, BUT to call it really green, I would has to have some changes of concept. At leats to make the house more space efficient, because it is really huge. Definitelly I would use wooden loadbearing structure instead of steel (that´s really nonsense). And I would like to know how is the water treated in that large swimming pool behind the house. I miss some green roofs to "replace" the piece of land taken by the house. Good job with plasters though.
This is not even close to green! DO any of you have any idea how much energy it took to extract, produce and transport that steel? Yes it is a sustainable home but not green...there is a huge difference
I've always known that being environmentally friendly has positive long term effects on our health, but learning about the short term effects from thing like cleaning products etc was helpful!
I also couldn't make it out. But in Minnesota Seventh Generation cleaning products are readily available. I had to clean a fireplace window which was pretty well blackened with soot and I thought that I would have to use some nasty chemicals to get the job done. Boy was I wrong... I used one of their cleaning products, I think it was kitchen and bath, I sprayed it on, let it sit for 30 sec. and JUST wiped off the soot!! AMAZING!!!!
This is so absurd. you can be more green by living in a 800sq ft house without air conditioning, making 8 dollars an hour, no car... and not being able to aford to buy food........while not having a phone, tv.
it's not absurd... houses will be built for all different strata of the social structure. why shouldn't they all be built in a sustainable, green manner?
The difference that building green makes is that it should hopefully reduce the huge energy differences between what high income households and low income households use. Hopefully when they're both saving as much energy and environment as possible the difference of having a larger house will be less.

Its his house. If he wants a big house, it is his choice. At least he used green methods and materials as much as possible.
