Lived for 5 years in between Pierce and Orfino growing up and dredged with my Dad. We even went to Alaska for a summer just to prospect and dredge. My Dad has been doing it for years and some of my best memories are in a scuba suit. Have the dredging laws changed much? Good luck....WT
Don't know if the laws have changed or not, but I do know they are VERY stringent for this part of the river. You have to have a permit as well as a special letter in order to dredge there. It is on property that my parents own.
Thanks for the dredging videos that you posted. The dredge can be a handful in current, cant it?
I just got some claims on the Boise this winter and I'm anxious to dredge them this summer.
