best tutorial i have seen, most vidson here dont actully help.ima self taught juggler and have found it kinda difficult to find some one good to recommend to others whowish to learn, i guess now i can send them straight here, keep it up:)

reverse cascade? the best way to learn it is to just learn the over throw first and then practice the half shower on both sides and eventually try throwing overthrows from each side but its best to build it up.
when i saw this, i created a new playlist named helpful videos. and this is, i really learned from it...
