Both are awesome. Both lead singers are beautiful and talented.

They're guitar, bass, and drum players are epically gifted.

Paramire and Hey Monday shouldn't be compared. The only reason that people do that is because they're both female-fronted. Paramore is more like VersaEmerge or Automatic Loveletter in terms of how they sound. Hey Monday is more like All Time Low or We Are the In Crowd, for the same reasons. It's the music, people, not the band members.
