pluys there isnt such a thing as a "british accent" there are like a bazzillion accents in england alone and by sayign british u are includeing scottish and welsh witch is just plain ridiculous
he speaks in and american accent " snakes and other "Fawner"" -fauna
Mongoose-boy: very lucid, intelligent reply. I particularly liked the spelling of "inclueding". The Welsh Witch would be proud.
Actually, you damn fool, perhaps you should take all that free time you save up from not reading or using punctuation (or your useless, pea-sized brain) and look into accents. I believe imonlysleeping64 was referring to Received Pronunciation, colloquially referred to as a "British" or "English" accent. I read that in a book! Check books out sometime... U TIT.
i was just simply commenting that he had got it wrong - its not britsh accent at all.
what a sad existance u must have, going from video to video correcting people's grammar to suit Standard english just to cause arguements
You dont know squat about english accents seeing as you live in america
+ english is entirely different from british and is not colloquially reffered to by any one other than ignorant americans...but you read all this in a pop up book didnt you!
@nicolemar196 so ... i am from England and sing songs in AMERICAN accents when they are set in AMERICA ... Barnum was an American hence this guy singing in an American accent even though he is English
Haha! Funny you should say, I played the role of PT Barnum recently and sang it with an american accent, unlike him, and someone backstage started giggling uncontrollably because she thought I sang "penis on a shelf"
i know this song by heart cause i had to memorize it for my drama club.next we have to memorize a song called the modern major general song. of you have heard it feel bad for me.
This is terrific and hope you have a great future in the theater. Michael Crawford is the greatest when it comes to "Barnum". Take a look at the clips of Michaels Barnum and you'll see a guy that won the Olivier award on the West End for that legendary performance. MC sings it even faster but this wasn't bad. Good luck!
Thanks for the comment - you are right, no one does Barnum anything like Michael Crawford - cos thats called copying! I do things my way. PS learn how to spell Michael!
Very impressive and entertaining! Good job man!

The whole homosexual broadway wannabe style doesn't work with this song. Stick with Michael Crawford's version.
