THIS WAS NOT IN BARROW. IT WAS AT KAKTOVIK, ALASKA. AND THIS PERSON DID NOT GET SWIPED AT. HE MADE IT SAFELY IN A TRUCK. I SAW HIM THE NEXT DAY.. THIS IS A SMALL VILLAGE AND WE KNOW EVERYTHING THAT GOES ON HERE...... HE WAS NOT HARMED.. BUT HE IS VERY STUPID... HES FROM CANADA
