@TheRiisingSun Can't remember how, but Francis' nose was previously broken earlier in the film. The father here, who is a doctor, had put it back in place when Francis and his group first showed up at the house. This scene is right after the father and mother discovered that it was Francis and his cronies that had assaulted their daughter. So he just broke that nose right back where it was. :-)
