  • thats the nicest tank ever, the design alone is amazing, and then your layout and fish are beautiful, i currently have a 4x2x2 and mine looks nothing as good as this, is there any chance you could look at my video of it and give me any advice please?

  • @tsns1 at that time the Bichir was larger than the Red Tail. :-) Of course now their in separate homes, I've already upgraded to a Marine tank.

  • @superstarboi Thanks. =) well If it's really fine sand, it's best to let it settle first, before you turn on your filter, if not, it'll clog or even damage your filter. I use sand with larger particles so that it settles easier and wouldn't damage my equipment. Their easier to wash and less hassle as well. So basically as long as you get the sand right, there won't be any problem.

  • sweet! I have a question. my HOB filters are clogged up bc of the sand that i recent put in. So if I purchased a cansiter, will the same issue occur? thank you.
