Homemade Water Feature for under £50

I admire that you tried, but the plain metal spouts spoil it, and i doubt it all cost under £50. That would mean the pump, all the pots, and the metal for the spouts.

You may want to try blending the colours, cause having the metal spouts on the plain brown pots isnt very attractive
