That's a Fender Mark Hoppus signature bass, the previous version (thay updated it in 2010 and I prefer the older)

Take a closer look:at 0:35 you can clearly see that the pickguard is different from the standard P-bass, and it got only the volume knob, not the tone one.

Search on Google "Fender Hoppus Black" and you'll see ;)
