If your having trouble, hold a grenade as soon as you get into the room and then throw it when you get round the corner to where all of them are. Thats how i did it :)

Does not work for me over 160 attempts and still no poxey ruddy trohpy ! whats am I doing wrong ????, i either get hit and die before the grenade blows or I get hit the grenade hits the floor (even though I am still cooking it) and bang i;m dead, even moved around the 5 to stop them hitting me and still no go, i'm on a PS3 if its differant, got pretty pissed and had to turn the console off !!!

Its easiest to get on the first mission.

At first it wasn't working. So i tried something different, as soon as the helicopter kills those guys at the window run (easiest difficulty) around the corner, walk by all the first guys and go to the door they are coming from, this way you will not allow them to come through the door but make sure you start cooking the grenade just after you get past the first three guys at the front of the room.

the best place to get the achievement is the first mission after you kill Castro an go outside there will be a large group of people throw a frag before the friendly air strike bombards them and you should get it

I got the double whammy achievement like that. I shot off the rocket and the choppers killed me, But the rocket still caused them to crash. And it was on veteran. Lucky guy I guess.

It's way easier on Operarion 40 at the square, wait for the enemies to get together at the center of the square and then hold a grande for 4 secs or 5 and then throw it right at the middle. Thumbs up so people can see

Another good place is on Executive order in the tunnels in the room before the long 'corridor of doom'. If you are about to go in, as they tip the table over, throw it behind the computer towers on the left, there are usually 4-5 of them there.
