For some reason, Tager is my absolute bane when playing as Makoto. And since Makoto is my favorite character, you can imagine how much this video pisses me off. Still, now I know to get further away when launching that particular distortion against Tager.

You're lucky you didn't sledge into her actual fist lol. That DD actually has 2 hits, one big energy punch one (which is a projectile and thus sledgeable) and one normal hit which is her actual fist, which is not. Her fist stays out quite a bit too so you'd have at least traded with it though lol.

@VerifyinTr1gIDs Technically yes, but the game at least registers it as a counter if you notice. And the distortion in question is a 'projectile', and Tager's Sledgehammer basically negates most, if not all projectiles such as Noel's C and drive attacks and Arakune's cloud and bugs.
