I neglected to mention on my first entry; Walter Armbrusch has to be the ICON of the German forces during the "Battle of the Bulge." Just about any war production depicting that episode of WWII, will have his photo displayed. I have researched Walter somewhat and have come to learn he emigrated to the US after WWII and lives in California. pilotsnj
I just learned who "Walter Armbusch" was. I have been noticing his photo since I was in High school circa 1956. I have personally visited the "Battle of the Bulge" site and the surrounding areas. There is in an excellent war museum in Bastogne, Belgium & also in Diekirch, Luxembourg. Having toured both museums, I would highly recommend it to those contemplating trips to that part of Europe. Must be seen to be appreciated. Cheers, pilotsnj
@prawy78 I have no more information .. I know that has survived the war and that he was alive until a few years when he died .. Do you have any information?
@prawy78 name exactly as it was called but no doubt I am not able to find more information about him .. If you have information I am interested in everything about him...
Something so haunting about him.

He is seen holding a Browning Hi-Power Mod. 35! A favorite sidearm of the elite Waffen SS!
