The "are you talking to me?" part was actually first done in the "Now You're Talking" video series in virtually the same format in front of a mirror. Good to see they included in here, classic.
does anyone have the video "lip service" its about the irish oral irish exam in inner city dublin..i searched it and ehem well you can guess what came up!! thanks
It's really not the point, they're trying to use for dramatic purposes the difficulty in changing cultures. So a lot of Chinese know how to use fork and knife and a lot of Westerners know how to use chop sticks. Let's move on.

This is a video i did to make a certain harsh point concerning the langauge in Ireland. To see the whole vid and the comic punch line checkout the video reponse.
i was taught irish in school from the age of 6 and finished learning it at 16 and i still cant speak it,, the goverments fault .. its taught all wrong

People in China know how to use fork and knife!
Well at least for sure the Chinese in HK, Macau, Singapore and Taiwan all definitely know how to use fork and knife.

i don't think it's meant as a dig at the chinese though- just to show he feels alone and alienated, far from home...

This was just go hiontach... Captured the whole irony, pathos and sadness of how our language has still not its rightful place.
