Nice design. I would have made two changes...I would have taken the stairs out of the kitchen and moved it to the other side of the wall (in the hallway) to optimize the room on the top floor, I also would have just opened up the square footage in the basement (under the kitchen) as well...otherwise...well done.

I think the basic concept of this house is really great. It's nice to see someone use different shapes besides rectangles. However, I think you should've gone with a different wall covering as well as a different window colour.

I like the house, except for a two things. I don't see why you would need windows in the basement and try to use different color bricks or siding so that its not so plain. Other than that, its a great design. :)

I believe you can place it where you want then double click to activate and the file will open in the EA launcher and will be added to your house bin.

Assuming that you have the sims 3 installed all you need to do is install the file then it will lauch the Sims 3 Launcher then wait till it installs then use the house
