The style and charm this man tells this this story with draws me in from start to finish and I don't even understand every word (I'm as white as the northern Canadian snow outside my door ... speaking only english). They are not acting like Africans. They are(descendants). If you know anything about the slave trade, the Euro Spaniards(or white latinos...the original latinos) had a big part of it. Belizean people are a mix of African(where do you think the drums in punta music originated and garifuna) and Latino, just like Cubans and Puerto Ricans. I think the color of their skin makes it obvious where they descended from.
