In fact if I recall correctly, the first lesbian movie was a black-and-white film in the 20s, if you want to look back even further.

Yeah I had a similar reaction to kpop too a couple of months ago, cos of course in Australia our bands don't act like that as far as I'm aware, and actually at first I immediately assumed Changmin was gay, not YH or JJ, lol, and to my surprise he's not. I had lengthy discussion with my Korean mate about it, and she said that 'none of the band members are gay; if they were, they'd lose their jobs' so actually everything you see is purely fanservice, nothing more... >_>
