I know where to find the real version of this but im not telling so WMG can just take it down. The real version is better and doesn't say OH IT A BEER FISH. In the real version they do it backwards like in the video but its real time. Like when he crawls through the drum in the regular version he crawls backwards and its fixed. ITS AWESOME!!

yeah its staged.. but the singer had to learn to sync his lips with the music backwards.... same with the drummer and guitarist... they all had to learn to play backwards

They had already memorized their parts cause if you look at behind the scenes for the real music video, it shows the lead singer saying how hard (especially for the drummer) it was to learn the parts.

they didn't perform if backwards tho obviously. they would be like defying laws of physics like sound waves and stuff. and the singing is out of the ability of the vocal chords, they can't make those noises in that manner.

Their movements are all backwards, the sound is not. For example, the singer is singing forwards while making his lips move in the reverse manner. The guitarist restrung his guitar so he could play it backwards and have the forward sounds come out.

Watch the making of 'Typical' video. They didn't actually play and sing it backwards on the air. But they did learn how to play and sing everything backwards so they could lip sync with the song as it was played backwards.

So, this time, they're demonstrating their other, visualy-active side, which if you've ever seen Mute Math live, you have come to expect.

Correct this is what you would be seeing if it was live and you were there. All I did was reverse the show recording.

I'm not sure why the audio is "fuzzy". When I edited it in imovie that's just the way it turned out.

great job, sharkproduction. i didn't know you had already done this, otherwise i wouldn't have bothered doing my own version. it's at user "thesnipermaster".

unfortunately, our tivo didn't record the last minute or two (i guess the show ran a little late). so my version is missing the end of the song.

i used avid pinnacle liquid edition pro 5.5 to reverse the video, and adobe audition 1.5 to reverse the audio. then i used divx to encode.
