  • Hey all I can say is you need to keep your comments to yourself until you have had a Jazzy Po Boy from this man. His po boys are the best and I'm from New Orleans. Oh and one more thing to every dumb ass who is worried about how he pronounces New Orleans, you must have forgotten that accent, dialect, and food is all apart of culture.

  • food looks awesome!! but I would lose the mirror ball in the background...looks like a strip club! lol

  • New Orleans cooking is the food of the Gods! I'm now totally obsessed with learning how to cook it.

  • @pigs3littleones wow you seem so stupid im going to give you authentic ur a dumb ass if u say Newahlins then cant speak english it is New Orleans now sound it out like u were in 3rd grade n what to u get

  • I can take any chef seriously when he says authentic and New Or-LE-ans in the same sentence. Not sure what this cat is, but he's not authentic pronouncing any other way than NewAhlins.

  • All the best friend. All prayers for you and your workers.

  • My mouth is watering. I want one now.

  • 10 hours for roast beef? Wow that's awesome, I only cook mine for 2 hours.

  • I'm living in Houston now after living in Miami, Florida for 13 years out of New Orleans. What happened to the texture of Leidenheimer french bread (It's not the same as i remember it 10 years ago) ?

Did Binders buy them out ? I'm glad there's Pattons Hot Sausage here (Thanks to Fiesta Supermarket).
