  • beautiful birth!. I've an umbrella cockatoo but I would never put my cell phone so close to his mouth. because he'll make into two phones ;)

  • To the beautiful lady in the red stripped top you are a greatest Mom God bless you mam. and to the man behind the video camera. Super Dad! you guys are the greatest parents that baby can ever have. Pinky Doom and Jesse James say 'What ya doing baby boy!'

  • Beautiful bird!

  • So glad you saved Boyd... I noticed his feathers first thing before i read the story. He seems like he is adjusting and trusting you really well.

    Thanks for careing

  • 2:50 is so cute! I'm so happy the bird is out of the abusive home!

But hes so lucky to have found you it was fait im getting an umbrella cockatoo soon im so excited

  • You & your bird are a great combo.

  • Bless you for rescuing this precious bird!!! Boyd is a DARLING and so lucky to have you.

    With prayers and blessings,

    Linda K

  • He's looking pretty good for a bird that's been through that much! :)

  • Thank you so much for giving Boyd the loving forever home he so deserves. Poor baby is really enjoying himself out in the fresh air & sunshine. Stories like his are ever so common & so very sad. I, too, had an M2 back in 1980 who was relinquished by her "owner" who kept in a dark closet because she was noisy - never bathed - never had toys - only fed commercial parrot seed once or twice a week. What's the matter with people? Give Boyd big birdie kisses & hugs from my flock, all rehomes/adopted.

  • Great story about Boyd's rescue!

Claire, my U2, tells me stories just like that. Gotta love those toos!

  • Lol! His "Hello" sounds like Kermit The Frog on Sesame Street! And, it sounds like he's saying "I'm sorry"! Cute!

  • I am fed up of hearing these stories! How do people like these get birds! One needs a licence to have a cat or dog, what about birds!! You are all so lucky to have found each other, especially Boyd. I hope he can overcome his anxiety and stop plucking. Even though I have never met any of you, I am so grateful that you have given this dear baby the open air, sunlight, love and affection that he deserves.

  • @verticalsmurf U posted this 2 yrs ago but I'd never seen it This Moluccan looks exactly like mine. I had her for 16 yrs. She was my baby.2 mths ago I got home 2 find her gone.Whenever I got home she"d dance on her cage surround whistling Camptown races till I'd hug her + she'd cuddle+ say Love U In Aug my ex + I split + I supported him. 2 yrs ago he met this jerk + traded Molly 4 grow equipment! I may get another but will adopt or rescue.

  • What a lucky baby to have found such a wonderful new home. I wish all birdies were so lucky!
