This is better than a lot of mumblecore movies because it has an actual plot, and a fairly clever one at that. But it suffers from the same problem most other mumblecores suffer from as well: Extremely annoying, self-centered, sex-obsessed characters that I wanted to strangle for being so stupid, and irritating shaky-cam with lots of unmotivated zooms. Still, it's worth watching, as these things go. I liked the ending.

This movie was good but definately not what I was expecting. I thought it would just be like a horror-comedy but instead it was actually a pretty good piece of naturalistic drama.

I can't believe that such a weak film was selected Sundance & Toronto film fests. I saw dozens of excellent films at other fests in 2008 that didn't get into Sundance.

So much for the original theme of Sundance: "independent vision"...yeah, right!

but i kinda thought the jokes they pulled on each other went too far . . . but funny though x]

overall its a pretty good film ! i loved the aspect of using a kinda calm camping guitar soundtrack ! :D

Just saw this film the other night... it was sexy, funny, and scary... loved it.

You could compare the concept a little to the Blair Witch Project... but not really... there are major differences.

Wow. I'm really ahead of the curve. My mock horror/action film came out in 2005!

When my friends and I sat down and decided "what would be really scary?" we came up with "The PaperBagMan"
