It's PURE flamenco. Don't know where you hear the Arabic in. Well done to the band and the dancer.

This is influenced by Gypsies and Arabic music scale. Guitar is an Arabic instrument as well. It's brought by them to Spain.

what you call pure flamenco is actually quite a potpourri of different cultures and contains many elements of arabic origin too
