Dood I dunno if you remember when I asked you who did the music you were playing to, but it's thanks to you that I was able to throw together a Christmas setlist in time to play at my work. I cram learned an hour worth of stuff in 3 weeks and all the customer peoples at work are really enjoying watching me Jam to all the Hoey songs!! Nothing like sharing songs with the people!

What mics are you using where? I like the mix, but I'd recommend an Audix D6 in the kick hole at least. But that's just my taste lol I like a good punch in the kick if you know what I'm saying...lol

@dancindrumsticks08 Actually they're 22" bass drums back there. After I bought my 26" kicks (30 years ago), I didn't know what else to do with them so I designed a rig that allowed me to spin em.

And a word of advice; professional musicians never say "I can play better than u".... that's a comment that a grade-school kid says when he's jealous of someone.

I've answered this question a few times before...this particular song just didn't call for using all my toms, but I can't rearrange my drumset for every song. I've never seen a piano player remove some of his keys just cause he didn't use them in a particular song, have you??

I'm working on setting my double bass, double snare, 8 tom kit on a Gibralter rack as we speak. Can never have enough drums and cymbals to use. Hey a Piano has 88 keys! Gonna use a lot of curved tubes as cymbal Tusks. Going for a Tribal Sci-Fi look. I'll post pics when it's complete.
