Boon Doc said he's having creative block. Here's a suggestion: Sample your live stuff and play it on the mpc or a midi keyboard. Change the pitch sometime etc.....

I heard over 100 beats he made a few years ago on Soundclick so I understand he's probably burnt out with the samples.However this stuff is average and I have always considered him an above average producer.This is some decent Neo Soul but you cant rap to this. Kanye fell off too and he was a beast.Some producers just hit that wall as the years progress and sometimes their early material was their best. I'll just stick to his old stuff.

@ceetheproducer Boonie made the smart decision and tried new things, like most great musicians do. You can get but so much out of sampling and heavy beats, that shit gets tiring after a while. You gotta expand, take a different approach. Music is like gum, yeah its good at first, but after a while it's flavor wears off and you need to grab another piece. I honestly like the newer stuff he's been making better than the old because it's his mind at work, him showing what he can really do.

Hey boondoc ever thought about using the NI Maschine? Supposed to work well with software like logic that you use. Plus the sampling from vinyl and sampling yourself which you do often with your percussion is also quick and easy. Should look into one, or maybe barrow someone's.

Rid his fame Hip Hop gave gave him
Got lazzy, his work rate dropped
He started makkin everything but Hip Hop n actin like he was better the Hip Hop

@ceetheproducer Boonie made the smart decision and tried new things, like most great musicians do. You can get but so much out of sampling and heavy beats, that shit gets tiring after a while. You gotta expand, take a different approach. Music is like gum, yeah its good at first, but after a while it's flavor wears off and you need to grab another piece. I honestly like the newer stuff he's been making better than the old because it's his mind at work, him showing what he can really do.

Hey boondoc ever thought about using the NI Maschine? Supposed to work well with software like logic that you use. Plus the sampling from vinyl and sampling yourself which you do often with your percussion is also quick and easy. Should look into one, or maybe barrow someone's.
