Spysherriff is a fake antispyware prgram called trojan-A-/Fake/Alert a very dangoros prgram XP

I hope that you were able to uninstall and terminate that program on VMware.

All you have to do is delete all shortcuts, clear the Spysheriff registry on Regedit (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>M­ICROSOFT>WINDOWS>CURRENT VERSION>RUN>SPYSHERIFF.EXE), and restart your virtual computer.

I downloaded and uninstalled SpySheriff today, and this was my method of completely terminating the malicious infection.
