2 stick nunchuck lesson #2a

I have had lessons with nunchucks, but we never learnt the correct grip or to make big circles, thanks Kongg I found this helpfull!

I have praticed martial arts for 8 years but dont have a teacher for nunchaku, so Ive been learning myself.

In lesson 2a I saw that you combined the basic move with the move from the first lesson. Ive seen that move alot but not in low-speed so now I really saw how to do it!

If u want to hit someone, do it with a big power swing!!!

A small quick swing is No good; not-effective.
