Not that I'm an expert but at 1:48 his form is terrible...the push up attempts aren't even close and the objective of the push up/single arm row is to NOT move the torso or waist at all...to keep the torso straight using the core to stabilize...like I said Im not an expert but this form is horrible

In fact heavy weights with timed rest is almost like a holiday in comparison to this.

It's like as if it exponentially pays off. I actually gained muscle mass because of this and increased my endurance at the same time. Any possibility to get the sound tapes including your voice as an mp3?

I was wondering if i could do that only with one hand? Unfortunately, i was born without left hand and to use weight it's always tricky for me because i train mostof the time only my right hand. Would it be better for me to use a kettlebell? Thanks a lot

All I did was A little of the first and second (because of arm pain) and I'm already sweating more than I have in over a year of weightlifting.
I'l;l be doing this everyday for the next 3 months until school starts back up again.
