That's a bizarre video. Camouflage is the act of not disturbing the patterns around you to avoid being seen as something that should not be there. For example, someone wearing a ghillie suit could crouch in the middle of the woods behind no cover. He is technically being "seen," but the fact that it is a human is unknown - someone would think it were a bush. So anyone walking throughout the store normally is camouflaged - they are what people expect to see. It's pointless to hide in a store.
