@Jacksport888 From what I remember you need a certain amount of fame to buy it. I think you get some by doing random quests for people and completing the story

You can buy houses, but can you buy slaves or retainers to handle your estate?

@tiakpark After playing this game myself, I can say it's probably better to wait to buy furnishings form Seed-Neeus until after you've done the Shadow Over Hackdirt sidequest where you save her daughter from the villagers that want to sacrifice her to those CHUDs. She'll have better disposition and give you better discounts.

Also, it seems like the only house where you can hire a servant is the one in Skingrad.
