@cpotisu idk how about this specific frequensy but white noise dose the same thing and that shouldt be hard to find on some free mp3 website meaby itunes but idk all this dose it keeps ur attetion on what you are doing becuase its just filler noise and if it makes u calm thats also for same reson your brain isnt focesing on anything like its very hard to multi task accurtly whil listing to this

I was so focused. I had been working on my Algebra and having a hard time. I turned this on and literally picked it up immediately. The next problem I worked on, I simply looked at for a moment and figured it in my head and had it typed in in a quicker amount of time than it was taking me to do the work on paper. When the loop ended, I could still hear waves around me. It was surreal. My leg isnt moving constantly like and I feel like Im in a complete zone with the task in front of me.
