U.S. marine sniper school is pretty much the HARDEST sniper training you can go to!! because the marine corpes is so small, the drop out rate for marine sniper trainee's is staggeringly massive! but who the BEST sniper is, is relative! could be a third world rebel w/ a WWII rifle or a canadian, american, british etc. w/ a high-tech rifle!

Sniper my ass. I've met a few Army snipers, and they are the fittest of the fit. And they were army. Marines man...they're nuts about their physical fitness. I think Danny-boy here is a big fat poseur. As a former soldier myself, I can tell you that Dan's so-called tactics are dubious at best. Any self respecting soldier/marine knows E&E involves perpetual movement. Not dicking around with candy ass little diversions like he did all through this episode.
Unless the dude in question has had some serious Escape & Evasion training, I'd say being a soldier or a martial artist or an outdoor athlete or hunter is a DIS-advantage. When I see some young musclehead being introduced as prey, I simply assume he's toast.
Aggression, testosterone and outdoor self-confidence seem to be lethal for E&E. They just do the dumbest things; make noise, run when they should walk, talk loudly, waste energy and play stupid tricks that only waste time.
He's probably a sniper, but his abilities are probably... lacking, to say the least. We can safely assume he's never gone outside the training exercises; real-world experience and the maturity level of his sniper abilities are most likely slim.

There is something called the Hunter of Gunmen (HOG) board where every sniper can validate another snipers claim to the prestigious Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) of 8541 Marine Corps Scout Sniper. IN doing so he was found to be full of bull.
I though as much cause for someone to have that type of backround should not of made as many errors as he did and more than likely make it to the finish line
It's a damn unfair dirty trick throwing two strangers together like that. In such circumstances two heads mean twice the stupidity and mistakes, twice the bickering and wandering around in circles.
Just so everyone knows. I checked up on Mr. Dans Sniper qualifications and he hasnt seen the inside of one classroom. He is as much a Sniper as any other x-box nutcase.
Truly unfair..MANTRACKER has the advantage of an experienced guide with him...his own expertise and animal instinct that can sense a hiding human nearby.
