accept brings me back.I Dropped out Of High school. Then Went To Work for A Man In A machine shop, who happened,to be german,so to this day the smell of gear oil, reminds me of accept, because i was working for the man.dont drop out
Let's not forget that Yngwie Malmsteen took 99% of his inspiration from this album, wich was recorded in 1981. I like Malmsteen of course, but let's pay to Jorg Fischer all the respect he deserves!
I love the live version U.D.O. did of this more but still a really great song to listen to.
and to myuncle2
Yngwie listens to 90% classical music, even with a bit of imagination I really dont see the inspiration. He was more into Deep Purple and Jimi Hendrix when he was getting into rock music.
yeah especially solos but i honestly cant rermember what i said for this comment since its just shy of a year.. if anything the way classical songs where "built" seems superior to me when i play guitar.
Yes, ofc. Unfortunately can't talk much about it as unfortunately i don't play any instrument(which I pity for atm as I rlly feel like I can take many different kinds of art properly).
if you live in north america or in a big city in say Europe try craigslist or kijiji its usually people who give up learning the guitar or whatever so I usually buy guitars really cheap on it.
so far a BC Rich Beast (devil-ish looking guitar) for half price.
Don't let that stop you from picking up an instrument now. Another good place to look is a pawn shop near a military base! If they can't take it with them the let it go for cheap. I know quite a few people who play guitar or drums and are learning the other so I took up bass just to fill in the hole! I'm finding it's not as hard as I thought it was. Like me you you may just get the theory that since you don't know what is imposable you don't know what you can't do!
Bands like this...these guys really put their "all" into the music they love. Like classical musicians they get paid well but don't do it just for profits sake alone.

Malmsteen has nothing to do with Accept. Accept doesn't give a shit. They did what they do, thankyou.

I see most oldschool metal music having much to do with classical music.
