I always considered Boss Battle to be the FF12 battle theme, while Fight to the Death of Clash of Swords was the boss theme. Yeah, kinda reversed, but whatever.

I don't know why people hated XIII so much. I loved it, even though it was my least favorite out of the ones I've played (It goes IX, IV, and then VII) but not because it was bad. It was just not as good as the others.

Imo 7 has the best battle theme by far. I'm not just saying that. It gets you pumped. I still love 8 the best in terms of the game. That's what's 13 lacked I think battle music that pumped you up as well as good boss themes. There's some parts where its playing jazz wtf :s maybe good music could of shadowed the cheesy characters.

I think we can all say that all FF's had epic music, and that our differences in our preferences among them are due to legitimate reasons (not from fanboyism and comparison to other FF's) such as plot, characters, and overall gameplay. Can't let the bad reasons overshadow the good ones, and we can't let the fact that we prefer one FF over the others prevent us from realizing that the others are awesome games as well.
