No law that you should finish the shine on 1, but it is much much easier if you do it that way. A very experienced dancer might be able to continue from 5, or they might just delay till the next count 1, before they continue. By the way, you know they are dancing on2, right?

una pregunta a los que saben de salsa, cuando se baila en pareja pero separado, hace falta seguir los pasos de la mujer o cada uno hace lo que quiere y si queres terminas el tiempo 5 hacia adelante mientras ella tambien marca el tiempo 5 adelante

imagino,que en puerto rico las mujeres cuando tienen mas de treinta no pueden bailar,devido a la cantidad de bueltas que hay que dar,simpatico ver bailar a alguien asi,pero en una pista de bailes,o discoteca,si esos se topan con alguien que baile el buen estilo cubano,lo siento,pero un poco mas de ritmo y sabor,les hara falta.

Body Isolation - More freestyle dancing rather than patterns. The vid last 5mins great accents and beats to play with freestyle. A mon avis!

Men, sometimes I think we ask too much. This guy has great body movement even as he does all his moves. He hits a lot of accents, including long dips to suit the music, but that obviously is not good enough for you. Oh well...
